Jim Bisson Jr.
President & CEO
Jim is responsible for all aspects of daily operations. He maintains an 'Open Door' policy, ensuring he is always accessible to all customers and associates alike. Jim leads through example and takes personal responsibility for each project's success. He drives continuous improvement through Kaizen programs and staff development initiatives. His vision centers on authenticity, innovation, and extraordinary performance.
Steve Beals
Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice President of Operations for NAR/PEC, Steve Beals is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations. He brought over 30 years of industry experience to the role in 2013, including 20 years in leadership positions on fast-track projects. Previously a Regional Vice President at a top 50 commercial electrical contractor, Steve focuses on developing NAR/PEC's trademarked Lean Construction processes.
Josh Farkes
Senior VP Business Development
Josh joined NAR in November 2022 from Borrego Energy, where he served as project developer and nationwide EPC Account Manager. He understands community shared solar markets and the needs of IPPs and financing parties. At NAR, Josh leads Sales and Preconstruction teams, ensuring business development connects with prime opportunities while maintaining focus on on-time, on-budget project delivery.
Steve Pietrzykowski
Senior VP Operations
Steve has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and obtained his North American Board of Energy Practitioners Certified Solar PV Installation Professional in 2009. His broad electrical industry experience and solar expertise enable an innovative operational leadership approach grounded in deep technical knowledge.
Richard Van Fleet
Sr. Vice President of Construction
Richard joined NAR in April 2024 from Terrasmart, where he directed project operations for over 2.5 GW of solar installations. Driven by his passion to create a culture that employees can be proud of, one where health and safety is not a process, but a lifestyle. He holds a civil engineering degree and emphasizes problem-solving, efficiency, and quality.
